Kilohour

Kilohour is a free runtime calculator for portable power stations. Pick a supported model from EcoFlow, Anker SOLIX, BLUETTI, Jackery, DJI and Goal Zero, add your appliances, and see a cautious, typical and optimistic runtime. Every formula and assumption is published on the methodology page.

I built it because manufacturer runtime claims rarely account for inverter losses, depth of discharge or appliance duty cycles. Kilohour applies those factors from sourced specs so you get a realistic range instead of one optimistic number. Useful for planning power outages, camping, van life or running a CPAP overnight. Feedback on the calculator and which models to add next is welcome.
