Nephia
Brand monitoring across Reddit, X, YouTube, Hacker News and other sources, with mentions routed to teams.

Nephia reached a free public beta in early September 2026. Its developer had first spent weeks building data APIs, then decided to put a usable monitoring dashboard on top of that work.
From raw feeds to a triage desk
The service watches discussion sources including Reddit, X, YouTube and Hacker News for a brand, competitor or topic. It files mentions by sentiment and category, scores which conversations might merit a response, then routes them to Slack, Discord, email or a webhook. The developer described this as an alternative to manually checking many networks or buying a costly monitoring plan.
The awkward case: sarcasm
Asked how the classifier handles sarcasm, the developer did not claim it was solved. They said each verdict includes a confidence score and short rationale, and doubtful mentions can be left uncategorized or routed by rules. They also disclosed that TikTok monitoring uses a third-party data provider and runs less frequently because each poll costs more. These are useful implementation details, as well as limits a buyer should understand.
The beta's actual result
A live beta was available and one commenter said they had signed up to try it. The developer was actively asking for reports on failures. No total user, paying-customer or revenue figure was published in the launch discussion, so adoption beyond that early feedback cannot be measured from it.
