RooferForms is a browser-based paperwork toolkit for roofing contractors in the United States. I built it to give contractors a clearer starting point for proposals, estimates, scopes of work, contract drafts, and change orders without asking them to begin every document from a blank page.
The product uses guided, roofing-specific fields and reusable starting points. Contractors can enter job details such as tear-off work, underlayment, ventilation, flashing, cleanup, payment schedules, supplements, and change-order information, then review the generated draft as part of their normal workflow. The site is designed for owner-operators, estimators, sales teams, and office staff at small and growing roofing companies.
Core builders and templates are free to use in the browser. There is also an optional one-time Pro Roofing Scope & Contract Pack for users who want expanded reusable materials. RooferForms is not a substitute for legal advice, and contractors remain responsible for reviewing their documents and complying with applicable project and state requirements.
What makes RooferForms different is its narrow focus on roofing paperwork rather than generic document creation. Feedback on the clarity of the workflow, the usefulness of the roofing-specific fields, and which document builders should be improved next would be especially helpful.
