TextLantern is a translation bot for multilingual Discord communities. Its personal workflow lets a reader translate a message privately, then use the /t command to prepare a reply in another language. The user chooses when to copy and send that reply.
Server administrators can configure automatic translation between two primary channel languages and offer additional languages to readers. The website includes interactive demonstrations and setup guides covering installation, permissions and translation settings.
Access is sold through one-time character packs rather than recurring subscriptions. A small 300-character trial is available, and paid packs start at $8.99 at the time of review. Different packs include different server limits and configuration features. Translation quality should be checked when precise terminology or meaning matters.
