Upvoted
A public feedback board and roadmap that helps small teams sort feature requests by customer votes.

Upvoted began as its maker's TypeScript learning project. A couple of weeks after launching it, the maker posted on Reddit on September 19, 2026, with a functional product and a less technical question: who would buy it?
A learning exercise with a real use case
The app gives an online business a public place to collect feature requests, let customers vote and move ideas through roadmap statuses. That replaces a scattered mix of email, direct messages and support notes with one visible queue. Its one-time purchase model is part of the pitch, although pricing alone does not establish demand.
The first sale is still the test
The maker said they were trying to land their first sale and asked whether broad B2B positioning was too vague. Commenters suggested focusing on a narrower group, such as small software teams with existing users. The concrete result so far is a working product and public demo; the maker had not reported a paying customer or a user total in that discussion. Upvoted's next challenge is finding a buyer, not adding another feature.
